Who provides the service

FrameGloss is provided by BeaconWorks, LLC, a US company. These terms apply to your use of FrameGloss and any subscription you buy. Our business mailing address and contact details appear below. The library

FrameGloss provides photo ideas, text prompts and instructions for use in your own AI image tool. A subscription gives you access to the paid prompt library during your subscription period. FrameGloss does not generate or host your resulting photos. Concept photographs illustrate a style; results vary. Your image tool’s fees, reference-photo support and usage terms apply separately. You need an internet connection, a current web browser and a compatible image tool to use the prompts.

The free prompt pack

You can request a free prompt pack with your email address. No account, password or subscription is required. Pack access links expire after seven days. Optional marketing consent is separate from requesting the pack and can be withdrawn through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Your account

An account lets you save favorites and keep a history of opened looks. Free prompts do not require a paid subscription. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and verify your email before subscribing. You are responsible for using FrameGloss lawfully and for activity you authorize through your account.

Prices and recurring payments

All prices are in US dollars: $5.99 for one month, $14.99 for three months, $26.99 for six months, or $47.99 for one year. Every plan is billed in full upfront for its selected term. Any applicable taxes and the total charge are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Your payment provider may charge currency-conversion or bank fees.

By expressly agreeing to the recurring payment at checkout, you authorize the initial payment and automatic renewal at the disclosed amount and interval until you cancel. A three-month plan renews every three months, for example. If we offer a changed price or billing interval for an existing subscription, we will disclose it in advance and seek your agreement before it takes effect. You can cancel renewal if you do not wish to accept it. Changes do not alter an already paid period or remove mandatory consumer rights.

Canceling renewal

Open Account → Subscription and use Stripe’s customer portal to cancel automatic renewal before your next billing date. Your paid access continues until the end of the paid period, then returns to the free library. Contact us if you cannot access the portal. Canceling renewal does not automatically refund a payment already made. Refund requests and statutory withdrawal rights are covered by our refund policy. To give notice that you wish to withdraw from a purchase, use Withdraw from contract or email us.

Your permission to use prompts

You may copy and adapt prompts you can lawfully access for your own personal or commercial creative projects. Your chosen image tool’s terms and any rights in reference photos or resulting images still apply. Use photographs you have permission to use. This permission does not allow you to resell or redistribute the FrameGloss library, or a substantial collection of its prompts, as a competing prompt collection or service. Library photographs and branding are not licensed for redistribution unless we expressly say otherwise.

Service issues and fair use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls or use it for unlawful activity. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or a serious breach of these terms. We will explain the restriction when practical and you can contact us to dispute it. Library content may evolve, and maintenance or technical problems may temporarily interrupt access. We do not guarantee a particular result from an external image tool. Nothing in these terms limits a legal guarantee, refund, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory consumer protections, including applicable EU or UK withdrawal rights, remain available. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information.

EU consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and digital services. Paid access must conform to the contract, with remedies under applicable law.
