Canceling your next renewal

You can cancel automatic renewal in Account → Subscription through Stripe’s customer portal. Cancel before your next billing date to prevent the next recurring charge. You keep paid access until the end of the paid period. If you cannot use the portal, email [email protected].

Canceling renewal does not automatically refund a payment already made. If you want a refund or to withdraw from the purchase, send us a request as described below.

Requesting a refund

Email [email protected] with your account email, the payment date and, if available, the Stripe receipt or order reference. Explain the issue so we can review it, for example a duplicate charge, an access problem or an unexpected renewal. Do not email your full card number or password. We review requests individually and apply any refund or other remedy required by law. This policy does not offer an additional fixed money-back guarantee.

EU and UK withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, your initial online subscription purchase generally carries a right to withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of entering the contract. Tell us before the applicable deadline that you wish to withdraw. Use Withdraw from contract or email [email protected] with your name, account email, purchase date and order reference, using a clear statement such as “I withdraw from my FrameGloss subscription purchased on [date].” A particular form is not required.

We do not treat logging in, opening a prompt or accepting the service terms as a waiver of this right. Any exception for immediate digital content would require legally valid, separate express consent and acknowledgment, together with any required confirmation. Where a statutory withdrawal applies, we will reimburse the amounts due under applicable law, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method. We do not charge a refund fee.

You may copy this model form into an email or letter if you wish to withdraw. Using it is optional; any clear statement of your decision remains sufficient. You may also use Withdraw from contract online.

Your consumer protections

Mandatory withdrawal, refund and digital-content or service remedies apply regardless of this policy. If paid access is faulty, unavailable or materially different from what was promised, contact us so we can resolve it and provide the remedy required by your local law. External AI tools process prompts under their own terms; a particular generated image is not guaranteed by FrameGloss.
